Not a bad trailer park. You know the normal things. Burnt out car on the shoulder of the road. A few empty lots. The odd trailer on blocks with no stairs. Questions of is the water going to be frozen in the morning. You know normal life in a park stuff

A beautiful park, well organized and clean, run well by a nice team. Close to beach and convenient amenities. Spent a weekend with family and definitely returning in the future.

Parklane Mobile Home Park
Management at the trailer park seized the property of an old lady who is in the hospital fighting cancer. Her husband has dementia so neither one of them were able to attend court over a mere $795 owed on lot rent. The Management there are rhe most vile people taking advantage of 2 sick elderly people just to seized their trailer and property for personal financial gain. Truly disgusting. I would recommend people steer clear of that trailer park.

Well kept open space campingeasy to get to inside the city limits close to attractions and supplies.Our Scouting friends enjoyed a few relaxing days there before heading home from the Scouts World Jamboree in West Virginia.

Gateway Estates Mobile Home Park
Have lived here almost 5 years now and love it. Well managed by strata and the residents here are amazing.Very friendly atmosphere in a pretty park!

Apple Valley Manufactured Home Park ~~(No RV Sites)~~
Seems to be an ok mobile home park. A few to many restrictions, can't wash your vehicle, no cats or dogs, even if the cat is an indoor cat.
